Shipping Options (Australia)

• Express – $15 | 1–2 business days

• Standard – $10 | 3–5 business days
  

Processing Times

• Orders processed Mon–Fri (9am–4:45pm AEST), Sat (9am–11:45am AEST)

• Same day dispatch available if ordered between 9am–5pm (excl. public holidays)

• All orders shipped via Australia Post with tracking

Delivery

• If not home, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office (Photo ID required)

• Some deliveries may require a signature

Tracking

• Tracking number emailed once your order leaves our warehouse

• Please allow up to 48 hours (Mon–Sat) for your tracking email

• Check your spam/junk folder if not received

Important Notes

• All sales are final orders cannot be cancelled once placed

• Pre orders cannot be cancelled

• If in stock and pre order items are purchased together, the order will ship once pre orders arrive

• Incorrect addresses: parcels returned to Komadrip will be processed as returns (fees may apply)

• Komadrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped

• Customs/import fees are the customer’s responsibility, if refused, the parcel will be returned and Store Credit issued (minus return shipping fees)

• No dispatch on public holidays
