How often do you release new drops?
We release new collections and limited pieces throughout the year. Follow@komadripand join our mailing list to get early access before items sell out.
Are your products limited edition?
Many of our designs are released in small batches and once the product period is over it won't be restocked making them truly exclusive unless a limited restock is released due to popular demand.
Where is your brand based?
We’re proudly based in Melbourne, designing all pieces locally and working with trusted manufacturers to ensure premium quality and attention to detail.
Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.
Returns questions
do you offer returns or exchanges
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return or swap.
How do I exchange an item?
Email us with your order number and exchange request. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and ship your new item when the original is received.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
