Exchanges

• We offer one free exchange per order for all Australian customers.

• International customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25 AUD to cover shipping and handling.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds.

• Instead, we provide a 30 day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind, you may return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit, provided it meets our Return Conditions (see below).

• Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

• No monetary refunds are provided for change of mind.

• You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

• Store Credit is issued as a Gift Card.

• Final Sale: Items discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Returned items remain your responsibility until received at our facility.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For your return to be accepted, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder.

• Be free of make up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.

• Be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Any item returned with signs of wear, stains, or damage may be subject to a 20% deduction from the Store Credit issued.

EXCHANGES

• If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for another size or style.

• Exchanges are processed once we receive your return.

• We cannot hold stock for exchanges, please return your item promptly.

• If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue Store Credit.

• Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange items.

STORE CREDIT

• Store Credit becomes active once your return has been received and approved.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

• Credit is issued as a Gift Card sent to your original order email (check spam/junk folders if missing).

• Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.

• Discount codes used on the original purchase are excluded from Store Credit value.
